How it works.

When you add a pre-order item to your cart, you will be moved to the Purple Dot pre-order checkout.

Checking out/Payment.

You provide your email, shipping address and card information. Purple Dot accepts all the major cards.

Upon check out, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to cancel your pre-order and information regarding order updates.

Payment information is handled securely by Stripe. Angel Wings or Purple Dot will not transfer or store card data. All transactions take place over connections secured by the latest industry standard security protocols. The Pay Later Payment option is not available for Purple Dot pre-orders.

Cancellation.

You can cancel your booking at any time via the cancellation link in the booking confirmation email.

You will receive an email confirming your refund and should see it appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
