Upon checkout, our customers will have an opportunity to choose their preferred shipping method. We offer the following shipping options: USPS, UPS and DHL. Rates are varied.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Once returned, we will contact you with reshipment options. Since we cannot use the same label, the customer needs to pay another shipping fee to resend the package. Please check that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing an order. If your package is lost, please contact us.
